Ice doesn't take 30 minutes to melt. Have you ever drank before? You take small sips for 3 minutes and by then it's almost completely melted.

Strong alcyhole melts ice rather quick. As soon as you add that shit in son it melts enough. And after a minute or two bam. You've got chilled booze, and just enough water to fill your hole son .
